I’ve known Tim for 15 years, mostly from our time at Eurocentres and later Eaquals. As a creative, thoughtful and highly intelligent person it was inspiring to see how Tim applied these qualities to give so much to the projects he worked on. His curiosity and genuine interest, ability to listen and develop new ideas, his hard work and conscientious approach impressed all of his colleagues in whatever context. Nevertheless, he was modest about his many achievements, merging them into the overall team effort. At the same time, Tim was so generous and kind that working with him, I felt I was working with a friend, and indeed I was. What I remember most fondly is his wonderful company, humour, warmth, and conversation. He was knowledgeable about so much, artistic and musical. From a quiet drink in the pub to a couple of slightly more madcap events (karaoke nights, for example) it was great fun to be with Tim. I will miss him very much. John Haagensen
