Dearest Tim, I have taken time to write hoping to find the right words, but it is simply not possible to find anything appropriate to express your big loss. We worked together for Eurocentres for a long time. And although we didn’t know each other all that well, there was something different about you that I always highly respected. I now wonder what made you different and I come to the conclusion that your human qualities and Integrity, made you a very special man. Your qualities are rare to find, and especially within the business context that we knew each other in. You climbed up the ladder very quickly and became rather successful indeed but that didn’t change your humility & gentleness one bit – the latter being a far greater achievement than the former, in my view. Big congratulations, Tim! Not long ago, I asked you for some advice and you replied within hours with a very generous reply. Thank you again. I am very very sad to think you are no longer with us. You are very often in my thoughts since I heard the news. The ELT industry won’t be the same without Tim Goodier, that is for sure. Buen viaje, Tim.
